 No difference between online and offline. It is just the roll of the dice. I do not mind if people are broken, have issues etc. This is life. But I have a problem if they are not of good character.

 A few things - scams/cons, ghosting, lying and of course stalkers (and their ilk as you listed them). Thankfully I have made friends with a few who are not like that
